My Favorite Movie

The Passion of The Christ

I chose this movie because it made feel closer to Jesus.
The part when Jesus fell down from carrying the cross but stood up with newfound strength when he saw Mother Mary struck me the most, because Jesus taught me how to stand up and to never give up no matter how many times I have already fallen down. I can relate with Jesus Christ the most because I have loved him since I knew about him. I learned to always remember that when the world hates me, I should always recall that Jesus was Hated first, and that I should be thankful for that.

Family Day

I, Ruthy Cartagena, am proud to say that I attended Family Day 2008. Though I only came in the afternoon, I enjoyed it very much, especially the part when the parents played tug-of-war. Me and my friends walked around the high school building three times all night. I enjoyed being with my friends and family and I hope the next Family Day would be as fun as ever.
